Styled Shoot | Vintage Garden Party

I am obsessed with all the little details from my recent vintage garden party themed styled shoot at The Emerson in Kaufman, Tx. Ever since Paris & I’s wedding at The Emerson, I’ve been looking for any and all opportunities to go back and a styled shoot sempt like such a great time to do so. I love everything about this venue and knew it was the perfect place to host a styled shoot. When planning the event, I was hoping to find local wedding vendors that were still building their portfolio, like myself. It was important to me to find vendrs that were new to the scene so we can all collaborate equally and gain just as much as eachother in the end. I really wanted the shoot to be a complete collaboration and everyone have the freedom to create what they individually wanted to have represented in their portfolio. Each and every vendor in attendance did amazing and the images look so good because of all the hard work we put it; I couldn’t have asked for a beter team.

I couldn’t believe how precious and sweet our models were for this shoot. Despite neither couple being married in real life, the deep connection is definetly there and I can’t wait to see their love continue to grow for eachother in the future. We started the shoot out with an elopement for Angelia and Este. Ater such a sweet vow exchange the two had a picnic with a vintage root beer toast. After photographing A & E, we transitioned to the formal wedding of Estephanny and Sara. Their shoot consisted of a vow exchange, formal portraits, cake cutting, a champagne tower, an intimate lunch party, bridal party photos as well as a steamy lingerie session. I’ve photographed Sara and Angelia previously for other test shoots but I was so excited to meet their partners as well as the bridesmaid models.

The styled shoot was shot on Super 8mm, 35mm and digital. These images are not including the ones shot by the second photographer, Intimate Elopement Adventures. Super 8 coverage to be added at a later date.
